We had an incredible Shabbaton, with a group of 28 girls from New Orleans, Houston, Austin and San Antonio! The girls had an awesome time together and made lots of new friends!
The January/Shevat innagural Rosh Chodesh Society women's discussion group was hosted by Chavie Shechter, in honor of her birthday. The next event will be on Wednesday, February 17, 2010. 'The Feminine Mystique - the inner workings of the feminine soul.

We had great fun making candy sushi, triangle cheesecake and our own pizza for dinner! We also played food/drink games and had an awesome time!

We had a great Tu Bishvat "birthday of the trees" party at Chabad Center, enjoying delicious fruits, hunt for fruit, planting activity and much more!!!

On Sunday, we enjoyed our parents' visit, during which we were able to learn with and teach them the Gemara we were learning. Our parents also got great pleasure and lots of Nachas watching our presentations!

We started off our year at Kids in Action with an EXPLOSION and lots of incredible, unbelievable science experiments, even making our own volcanos erupt!
